Individual Therapy
Life throws challenges at all of us. Individual therapy can provide a private, non-judgmental space to talk about hard things.

Through individual therapy conversations, I've helped people get relief from depression, grieve the loss of a loved one, find peace in the aftermath of trauma and cope with the emotional impact of infertility.

Issues people come to me for help with include:

-
Depression
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Grief and loss
-
Identity issues
-
Reproductive trauma
-
Perinatal and postpartum support
-
Loneliness
-
Relationship challenges
-
Supporting aging parents
-
Parenting support

My practice is grounded in the idea that people are not defined by their problems. You may choose to meet with me one-on-one, but that doesn't mean that our goal is to fix you. Sometimes what gets labeled as "depression", for example, may be an appropriate response to an unjust situation. My hope is to be an ally to help you through tough times.
Couples Therapy
Loving, supportive relationships are key to living a happy, fulfilled life. I help people in intimate relationships learn to resolve differences without fighting and enhance feelings of intimacy and connection. I support people who are in the early stages of building their relationship, considering whether to become parents, coping with the transition to parenthood, or looking to recapture intimacy after many years together.
Our conversations can help you and your partner develop preferred communication practices, get in touch with your shared values, and feel more like you’re in it together. I welcome all relationship styles and structures, including people in open or polyamorous relationships.
Family Therapy For Adults
Relationship therapy doesn’t have to be limited to intimate partners. I meet with pairs and small groups of adults to support all kinds of relationships. This may include parents and adult children, adult siblings or chosen family and close friend groups.
I specialize in supporting families created through donor conception and third-party reproduction. This might include:
-
Parents and their donor conceived children
-
Parents and known donors, prior to conception or throughout the lifespan
-
Donor-conceived people connecting with genetic family
-
Intended parents and Gestational Carriers
